How to Dispose of Your Citation
Unless notified otherwise all court appearances will be scheduled for the second or fourth Thursday of each month. Refer to your citation for your court date.

- Cashier checks or money orders made out to City of Lincolnton must be recived by the City Clerk on or
before your court date as indicated on your citation. If you wish to appear in court your case will be heard in the City
Courtroom located at 125 North Peachtree Street. Make every effort to be on time and please wear proper attire
- Your license will be suspended by the Department of Public Safety if you fail to comply with the instructions on your citation.
Note: It is very important to remember that certain offenses require you to personally appear in City Court. Please call the
